Paideia’s Mock Trial Team won the school’s second-ever District Championship over the weekend of March 4-5 weekend. They now advance to the Georgia Bar State Finals! The team remains undefeated.
This is the first time in our school's history that we have won both the Regional Championship and District Championship in the same year. Mock Trial is a full team effort that requires the work of every single member, but the following students from our two squads earned individual awards: Kate Banks '24, Maisey Brown ‘24 and Kaiya Ciho ‘23 won Outstanding Attorney Awards; Megan Walter '23, Annie Schwartz ‘24, Davi Leal '25 and Rachel Ringstrom '26 won Outstanding Witness Awards.
