Philosophy
Philosophy is to give the swimmers at Paideia the best experience in the sport of swimming. The kids will be taught proper technique, rules of the sport, race strategies, and how to set and attain personal goals.
Value the fact that everyone is included and needed. There is no I in team we need a team effort.
respecting Rules, Opponents, Officials, Teammates and Self.
