Service Learning at Paideia

The Service Learning and Civic Involvement program at Paideia is a school-wide initiative that reflects the school’s philosophy and framework of values. The goal of the program is to strengthen the community stewardship ethic and deepen students’ learning through volunteerism and civic involvement. From after school volunteer activities in the elementary to the high school internship program, students are involved in a wide-range of service and volunteerism with organizations throughout the metro area including the Atlanta Children’s Shelter, Hands on Atlanta, Trees Atlanta, Project Open Hand, the Atlanta Food Bank, Refugee Resettlement and Immigration Services of Atlanta and the Frazer Center.
