Communications and Marketing
How We Communicate
The Office of Communications and Marketing works with the Paideia community to support division-wide communications. Our goal is to effectively share information with students, parents and caregivers, faculty and staff to create community and collaboration.
Our communications activities include:
Paideia Magazine
The magazine features stories about students, faculty and staff, programs and alumni. Story ideas and alumni updates are welcome. To submit news or ideas, email Communications. For alumni updates, please pass us a class note. Visit our Paideia Magazine digital archive to read the magazine online.
Weekly Memo
Current parents and caregivers, and faculty and staff receive a school-wide digital newsletter on Thursdays. To submit school news, email Communications.
School-Level News
Communications about Half Day, Elementary, Junior High and High School are handled at the school level. Most of these emails are archived in the parent portal.
Grade-Level News
Grade-specific emails are sent to parents and caregivers by teachers.
Constituent Emails
Various departments and parent organizations distribute school-wide emails.
Website
The Office of Communications maintains and updates the school website. For questions about the website or issues receiving Paideia email, contact Paideia's web administrator.
The Parent Signup Center portion of the website is maintained by the Office of Parent Involvement. Any questions about the Parent Signup Center page and volunteer signup should be directed to Kellie Bruce.
Social Media
Follow Paideia’s official Instagram and Facebook accounts for photos and event recaps. For questions about social media, please email the communications team.
Media Inquiries
Media professionals interested in Paideia information, interviews, or video footage should contact Caroline Driebe via email or phone.
Faculty, staff, and parents must contact Caroline before engaging with the media about any school-related coverage.
Communications Policies
The Office of Marketing and Communications must approve all division-wide communications pieces (digital and print) prior to distribution.
