Ongoing Volunteer Needs
Pi Bites
A fun way to meet other parents. This group serves lunch to students on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Join a team of parents who volunteer once a month, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to organize and distribute lunches from vendors.

Pi Express
A new pilot lunch program for the 2007-2008 school year. Pi Express volunteers will deliver boxed lunches to classrooms on Mondays and Friday.
Pi Wear
Promote and sell our line of T-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and more. There are sales before school begins, on selected Fridays during the school year at afternoon carpool , during Grandparents and Special Friend’s Day, the Barbecue, “Eat Lunch With Your Child,” and more.

Development Office
Campaign for All Ages
There are many ways to get involved in the exciting capital campaign including: direct solicitation, phonathons, special events, and marketing. Chairs: Carol Gellerstedt and Laura Iarocci
Planned Giving
Work with the development office to develop and implement Paideia’s Planned Giving Program
Other Development Activities
Provide assistance to the development office the Annual Fund and with general office support.

Archives
The archives committee is cataloging and organizing the boxes and boxes of treasures that we have saved for the last 36 years.

Bakers for Coffee with Paul
Bake once or twice a year for this morning “Coffees with Paul” program.

Cookbook Committee
The fabulous American Pi Cookbook was published in the spring of 2004. This committee now needs help with marketing and sales. We will be selling the cookbook on and off campus throughout the year.

High School Snack Machines
Shop, place orders, deliver food, or load bagels to help keep the high school vending machines stocked.

Hospitality Committee
Bake for, prepare meals for or serve at the five faculty appreciation functions. Commitment can be as small as baking cookies or as big as planning and executing an event.

Office Busters
On an as-needed basis, Office Busters assist the office staff and parent groups with mailings, administrative support, and a variety of office responsibilities. Some of this work can be done at home and/or on your own time frame.
Paideia Quilters
Each year this group designs and creates a unique piece of art that is raffled at the Fall Barbecue. The group meets throughout the year to quilt.
