Art Partners

Art Partners promotes the visual arts at Paideia. Art Partners volunteers hang exhibits at Paideia, assist the art faculty, sponsor student/parent art workshops and help with the November Art Visions Show.

Black Parents Organization (BPO)

The BPO sponsors activities throughout the year in support of African American families. On September 25, the BPO will host an all-school hot dog lunch and fundraiser, “Eat Lunch with your Child.” Other activities include a Black History Month program and a spring reception to welcome new parents and honor graduating seniors.

Booster Club

The Booster Club helps identify team parents, sponsors a junior high information meeting, and organizes and runs the concession stands at Python Park and the gym. The club also helps sponsor educational programs related to athletics as well as other activities.

Friends of Performing Arts

FOPA assists the faculty with special events, hosts receptions after concerts, presents a Parent-Faculty Talent Show (March 6-8) and creates a playbill for all concerts and musicals.

Gay, Lesbian, and Bisexual (GLB) Family Group

The GLB Family Group supports gay, lesbian, and bi-sexual families at the school and meets to discuss common areas of interest.

Green Team

The Green Team runs the Paideia recycling program, organizes an Earth Day celebration, and sponsors lectures and workshops to educate the community on environmental issues.

Latino Parent Group

Latino Parent Group supports Latino families at the school and assists the school in efforts to increase its visibility in Atlanta's Latino community.
Chairs:  Juliette Mavromatis and Rafael Gonzalez

Paideia Action Committee (PAC)

PAC develops the spirit of volunteerism in elementary-age students through hands-on service projects.   Help organize after-school activities, support our monthly birthday cake project for homeless families, or assist with PAC communication.
