Alumni Reunion Weekend, May 25 and 26, 2012
In May, alumni ranging from the late '70s to 2012 joined faculty, staff and friends for this year’s Alumni Reunion weekend festivities. The classes of ’87, ’92, ’97, ’02 and ’07 celebrated their 25th, 20th, 15th, 10th and 5th reunions. The weekend was full of events starting with the annual barbecue. Tom Pearce, Carl Rosenbaum and the remaining members of The Dead Pig Society cooked two pigs and were there to present and serve. Alumni loved catching up with gang and all the other faculty and staff members who attended. The evening was loads of fun and was well attended. Thanks to everyone, especially Carl and Tom, for their help in making it such a success.

A Message of Encouragement from Paul Bianchi
Everyone, even non-alums, says that one of the first things they turn to when the Newsletter arrives is Alumni News. Me too. The only problem with satisfying this widespread habit is that the school does not receive enough news from the 2,300 of you. A few of you are faithful in letting us know your comings and goings, the important milestones or changes in your life. Most are not. As you know, Paideia is a creative school, and many of us are capable of making up stories about the lives of others, but inevitably that raises questions about institutional authenticity and legal liability.
So, please let us know what's happening with you--not the Facebook stuff reporting how you just had a good meal at Moe's-- but the bigger stuff of jobs, marriages, children, relocations, awards, calamities, or anything else you think might be important.
Thanks.
