Paideia’s Three-Year Technology Curriculum Plan

Paideia's technology curriculum is developed by a committee of teachers, students and technology staff members with the aid of a consultant. The NETS standards for students and teachers serve as a guide and the entire faculty participates in surveys to determine what skills teachers teach in their classrooms and what technology skill set students must have to be successful in a specific class. The technology curriculum is reviewed on a regular basis and the focus is on applications, communication and critical thing as well as skills. Learning and applying technology is a continuum. Careful consideration is given to when a topic is introduced, practiced, mastered and reinforced.
